DEDICATED LINKS IN PACIFIC
ISLAND REGIONS -->
PEACESAT currently operates several dedicated links
to various Pacific island regions in the PEACESAT network. Each
PEACESAT earthstation that has been digitally upgraded has the
capability of conducting video conferencing or Internet data at
up to 128 Kbps.

via the GOES-7 satellite, PEACESAT also has several dedicated links
to various Pacific island regions through commercial carriers or
Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Made possible by various partnerships,
as well as governmental grants and generous contribution from local
entities, PEACESAT currently runs and operates over the following
dedicated links from the Network Operations Center in PEACESAT
Honolulu.
