The International PEACESAT Inc. (IPI) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. The IPI is governed by eight (8) Directors representing various Pacific Island jurisdictions. According to the by-laws of the International PEACESAT Inc., it is the “duty of the directors to conduct, manage, and control the affairs and business of the Corporation and to promulgate and enforce rules and regulations…” The Board of Directors meets on a monthly basis to address program policies, requests from the IPUG and provide coordination with PEACESAT Headquarters.
