Telecommunications, Distance Learning, Telemedicine in the Pacific (1998-2001)
DESCRIPTION:
Policymakers, program managers, and technical staffs need to be aware
of the policy, program, technical systems and management issues with
the use of telecommunications and information technology within their
locales. The purposes of this grant is to initiate education and training
programs in the Pacific.
