April 25, 2003 - Dr. Kimio Uno visit PEACESAT
and meets with President Dobelle.
Dr. Kimio Uno of the United Nations University is the Director of
the LEAD Japan Program. LEAD Japan willl organize a joint session
with LEAD Programs in China, Indonesia, India, and Pakistan during
September 14-21, 2003 at the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok.
